This month I built something I'd wanted to do for a while: free calculators you just open in the browser to get a number, with no install and no signup. How much is left of your salary after tax, how much severance you're owed, how much unemployment benefit. And three new skills landed that I'm genuinely into. Let's dive in.
Free calculators, nothing to install
Sometimes you just want a quick answer, without installing anything. So we took the most common calculations and turned them into calculators you open right on the site: how much is left of your salary after tax, how much severance you're owed, how much unemployment benefit, your monthly mortgage payment, purchase tax on an apartment, and more. Fill in a few fields, get a number, and if you want to go deeper you can talk to the full skill from there. Share on WhatsApp with one tap.
New skill: Wills & Inheritance
Need to write a will, or handle a relative's estate? The skill drafts a witnessed will, explains the types of wills, how to deposit it with the Registrar of Inheritance Affairs, and how to obtain an inheritance order or a probate order when a relative passes away. For a complex inheritance dispute it's still worth getting professional advice, and the skill says so honestly instead of pretending otherwise.
New skill: Yad2 without getting scammed
Buying or selling second-hand on Yad2? The skill writes your listing with a price range based on similar listings rather than a number out of thin air, drafts haggling messages for buyer or seller, and most importantly runs a scam check: it knows all the tricks going around there (paying a courier in advance, a faked screenshot of a bank transfer, a phishing link impersonating Israel Post) and tells you if the deal smells off.
New skill: Freelancer Service Agreement
A freelancer, consultant, designer, or developer starting a new project? The skill drafts a tailored service agreement: scope of services, payment terms under the Payment Ethics Law, a clause that lowers the risk of being classified as an employee, IP ownership of the deliverables, confidentiality, and termination. A written contract before you start, instead of a handshake and hoping it works out.
