Builds an indicative valuation range for an Israeli private company using DCF, market multiples, and the asset approach, with a transparent WACC build-up that uses a live Israeli risk-free rate, the current Israel country risk premium, and the company's own effective Israeli tax rate rather than a generic 23%. Use when someone asks what their company is worth, is buying or selling a private Israeli business, needs a valuation to support a share transfer or a Section 104 reorganization, is setting a share allocation ratio, or wants to sanity-check a valuation someone else produced. It matters because an Israeli valuation built from a US textbook gets three things wrong at once: it misses the country risk premium that rose after the sovereign downgrades, it applies the statutory tax rate to a company that actually pays a reduced preferred-enterprise rate, and it presents a single point estimate where a range is the honest answer. The output is indicative only. Early-stage and pre-revenue companies are in scope for valuation, using round-based methods and a share-class allocation waterfall rather than a DCF. Do NOT use for real estate appraisal (a separate licensed profession), for listed-share analysis (use tase-stock-analysis), for writing a VC-style investment memo on a startup deal (use israeli-startup-investment-analyzer), for owner profit-extraction planning between salary and dividends (use israeli-corporate-tax-strategy), for the tax an employee owes on options or RSUs (use israeli-stock-options-tax), or to produce a signed valuation opinion for filing, which requires an engaged accountant or valuer.
