The skill drafts a witnessed will (צוואה בעדים), which Israeli law does not require a lawyer for (though a lawyer's review is recommended): you write your wishes, date and sign, and two witnesses (who may not be beneficiaries or their spouses) sign too. It explains the four will types, how to deposit the will with the Inheritance Registrar, and how to get a succession order (צו ירושה, when there is no will) or a probate order (צו קיום צוואה, when there is a will). Use when you want to write a will, deposit it, or when a relative has died and you need an order. Note: an enduring power of attorney needs a certified attorney (see israeli-elder-care-navigator), and a contested estate or complex assets need a lawyer.
